Job Description

360° Activation Strategy & Execution

  • Strategic Planning: Translate the Masterbrand strategy together with brand roadmap and plans into highly impactful local activations, ensuring a perfect balance between global consistency and local relevance.
  • Maximise consumer engagement: Activate Advocacy campagins, customizing KOL selection and content creation to each one of our brands
  • Omnichannel Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of 360° campaigns across all touchpoints
  • Toolkit Localization: Adapt and develop marketing "toolkits" (assets, content, and guidelines) to empower local/regional distributors.
  • Event Management: Spearhead high-impact B2C and B2B events, working with local agencies and our partners to maximize coverage.



2. INDIA Consumer, Market and Competitive Landscape excellence

  • Master Local Consumer behaviour, touchpoints and Competitive landscape: Analyse local consumer insights and competitor landscapes to identify white-space opportunities
  • Pricing & Margin: Conduct regular pricing analysis to ensure market consistency and competitive positioning.
  • collaboration: Closely collaborate with Affiliate CMO and CMI team to capture upcoming trends and integrate them in India campaigns.



3. Commercial & Distributor Partnership

  • Joint Business Planning: Work in tandem with distributors and retailers to align on commercial objectives, visibility slots, and promotional mechanics.
  • Driving distributor A&P investment: Collaborate with Distributor making sure their investment are maximised according to the company's guidelines
  • Retail Excellence: Monitor on-counter execution and "Perfect Store" standards to ensure the brand's premium image is maintained across all doors.



4. Financial Tracking & Analytics

  • Budget Ownership: Manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget in the country, including the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and monthly tracking of ROI on marketing spend.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze sell-out data, market share trends, and campaign KPIs. Provide monthly business reviews to management with clear action plans to address gaps.

  • Sell-Out Growth: Achieving and exceeding annual sales targets and market share gains within the zone.
  • Share of Influence: Achieving our SOI targets and increasing our Local Relevance
  • Implementation Excellence: Timely and qualitative execution of the activation calendar with zero delays in product launches.
  • Budget Optimization: Efficient management of marketing spend with a focus on high-ROI activities.
  • Customer Centricity: Strong qualitative feedback from distributors and retailers regarding partnership quality and brand support.
