INDIA Consumer, Market and Competitive Landscape excellenceMaster Local Consumer behaviour, touchpoints and Competitive landscape: Analyse local consumer insights and competitor landscapes to identify white-space opportunitiesPricing & Margin: Conduct regular pricing analysis to ensure market consistency and competitive positioning.collaboration: Closely collaborate with Affiliate CMO and CMI team to capture upcoming trends and integrate them in India campaigns.3. Commercial & Distributor PartnershipJoint Business Planning: Work in tandem with distributors and retailers to align on commercial objectives, visibility slots, and promotional mechanics.Driving distributor A&P investment: Collaborate with Distributor making sure their investment are maximised according to the company's guidelinesRetail Excellence: Monitor on-counter execution and "Perfect Store" standards to ensure the brand's premium image is maintained across all doors.4. Financial Tracking & AnalyticsBudget Ownership: Manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget in the country, including the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and monthly tracking of ROI on marketing spend.Performance Reporting: Analyze sell-out data, market share trends, and campaign KPIs. Provide monthly business reviews to management with clear action plans to address gaps.How to Succeed?
