Job Description

  • 8-12 years of experience in product management, enterprise technology implementation, or software delivery, with exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end product or software implementations, from business use case definition and vendor selection to deployment and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, including copilots, intelligent assistants, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, working with senior business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
  • Experience in change management, user adoption, governance, compliance, and data privacy within enterprise environments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated success in implementing enterprise software or AI-driven solutions across functions such as HR, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, or Procurement.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, system integrators, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of business, product, technology, and user experience.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, measure ROI, and deliver tangible business outcomes from digital transformation initiatives.
