Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with objectives.
  • Identify and address potential risks or challenges in project implementation.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to streamline processes.
  • Prepare and present reports or insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and their potential impact on business operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in Banking & Financial Services or related fields.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business requirements.
  • Experience working in the Technology & Telecoms industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment in Mumbai.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
