Job Description

Lead deal advisory mandates and ensure high‑quality execution for live transactions

Drive new business development and contribute to overall practice growth.

Build and nurture relationships across banking, PE/VC, UHNW investors, and corporate networks.

Manage and mentor deal teams to ensure high performance.

Maintain a strong transaction pipeline and demonstrate consistent closures.

Travel as required for client engagements and transaction monitoring.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP/VP should have:

  • A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in investment banking or financial services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and market analysis tools.
  • A results-driven approach with attention to detail.
  • Sector exposure to Industrials, Healthcare and Consumer is a plus.
