Enterprise Technology Leader is responsible for transforming enterprise technology infrastructure and operations into an AI‑driven, autonomous, secure, and future‑ready digital ecosystem. The role leads global technology operations-covering digital workplace, service desk, asset management, automation, and large partner ecosystems-while driving strategic roadmaps, operational excellence, and end‑user experience enhancement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Technology Strategy & AI‑Driven Transformation

  • Lead the enterprise-wide technology infrastructure & operations strategy, embedding AI to move from reactive to predictive and autonomous operations (AIOps).
  • Build and drive the AI strategy & roadmap, elevating user experience and modernizing service management across digital workplace, service desk, and asset management.



2. Technology Operations Leadership

  • Oversee Digital Workplace Services, Service Desk, Asset Management, automation strategy, and overall enterprise tech‑ops delivery.
  • Ensure reliable, secure, scalable operations across multi‑geography, 24x7 environments.



3. Service Management Transformation

  • Drive end‑to‑end service management improvements, modernizing processes, standards, and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) to elevate user experiences.
  • Identify, optimize, and govern critical enterprise support processes and metrics.



4. Enterprise Delivery & Architecture Alignment

  • Lead India‑based delivery teams and ensure synergy across global capability groups for technology architecture, engineering, and operations.
  • Govern delivery for enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, CRM, portals) and participate in architecture/design discussions and program governance meetings.



5. Vendor, Partner & Ecosystem Management

  • Manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, cloud providers, big consulting firms, and niche tech partners, ensuring governance, co‑creation, and innovation.
  • Act as a key liaison with equipment suppliers, service management platform teams, and global delivery partners.



6. Cloud‑First Enterprise Operations

  • Ensure a robust, scalable cloud‑first technology ecosystem supporting enterprise processes across the value chain (e.g., hire‑to‑rehire, record‑to‑report).
  • Strengthen interoperability and enable best‑of‑breed platform integrations.



7. Digitization, Automation & Innovation

  • Drive adoption of AI/ML, intelligent automation, workflow platforms, Web 3.0, metaverse, and integration technologies.
  • Align architecture, engineering, cyber‑security, and operations teams to support digitization goals.



8. Talent Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead large teams (direct, partner, virtual), including succession planning, retention, and leadership development.
  • Scale digital workplace capability (devices, software, licenses) in line with business growth.



9. Stakeholder, CXO & Industry Engagement

  • Engage with CXOs, business unit heads, internal and external auditors, and industry forums.
  • Represent enterprise tech operations in leadership committees, transformation forums, and capability showcases.


The Successful Applicant

  • A visionary enterprise technology leader with a strong AI‑first mindset, capable of transforming tech‑ops into predictive and autonomous operations.
  • 20-25 years of experience leading large‑scale enterprise technology infrastructure, operations, and transformation across global, 24×7 environments.
  • Deep expertise in Digital Workplace Services, Service Desk, Asset Management, ITSM, and technology operations.
  • Proven track record in driving AI/ML‑enabled automation, AIOps, workflow automation, and digitization programs.
  • Strong background in cloud‑first architecture, with hands-on experience across cloud platforms and enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, CRM).
  • Experienced in governing technology delivery, architecture, engineering, and enterprise tech serviceability frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse, multi‑geography teams-including partners, vendors, and virtual teams.
  • Skilled in service management transformation, modern ITSM practices, and driving superior end‑user experience.
  • Strong vendor management capabilities, with experience influencing OEMs, cloud providers, Big 4 consulting firms, and strategic partners.
  • High executive presence with ability to engage CXOs, business unit heads, internal tech leaders, and industry forums.
  • Solid understanding of global technology operations including network, UC&C, telephony, cloud infrastructure, and cyber‑security alignment.
  • Strong orientation toward data-driven decision making, governance, reporting, dashboards, and operational excellence.
  • Skilled in organizational leadership with strengths in succession planning, talent development, retention, and building future-ready teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Educational foundation in engineering or computer science, with MBA preferred and certifications like ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP, cloud credentials as added advantages.
