We are looking for an experienced Transitions leader with deep Finance & Accounts (F&A) transition expertise to manage end-to-end business transitions across global delivery locations. This role combines transition execution, client engagement, solution design, and business development responsibilities within a fast-paced consulting and operations environment.

Job Description

  • Lead and execute end-to-end Finance & Accounts transitions with complete ownership and accountability.
  • Drive transition projects across global delivery locations, ensuring seamless implementation and successful outcomes.
  • Assess client processes for offshoring feasibility, process optimisation, and re-engineering opportunities.
  • Partner with client stakeholders, business users, senior leadership, and internal teams to deliver transformation programmes.
  • Support solutioning, implementation design, RFP responses, and new business pursuits.
  • Build and strengthen transition capabilities through thought leadership and best-practice implementation.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 15+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Strong end-to-end transition experience within Finance & Accounts is mandatory.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale business transitions in a BPO/shared services environment.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of operating models, technology enablement, pricing, and transformation frameworks.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
