Our client is a leading boutique investment bank focused on providing financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and capital market advisory to corporations, financial sponsors & sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, AIF and governments across sectors.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end real estate/ Infrastructure investment banking transactions, including deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify and address their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for real estate investment opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed presentations, proposals, and financial models for stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the senior management team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all transactions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their professional development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP Real Estate - IB should have:

  • Experience - 3-5 years of experience in RE/Infra Investment Banking from Front end/Global Mid offices
  • A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Sectors - RE/Infrastructure
  • Proven expertise in real estate investment banking and financial modelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
