Job Description

  • Review business and market information to support investment-related work.
  • Prepare clear notes, presentations and reports for internal discussions.
  • Track key updates on portfolio companies, sectors and market activity.
  • Work with internal teams to gather information and keep records accurate.
  • Help prepare materials for meetings with investors and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain organised data, documents and investment files.
  • Follow up on agreed actions and share timely progress updates.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Ability to review financial and business information carefully.
  • Confidence preparing presentations, reports and meeting material.
  • Good understanding of financial analysis and market research.
  • Comfort working with data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Clear written communication for notes and updates.
  • Ability to manage several tasks and follow through on actions.
