The firm actively supports portfolio companies with cross-border go-to-market, strategic partnerships, and international scaling.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Deal Execution

  • Lead and support end-to-end deal execution, including opportunity evaluation, commercial and technical diligence, financial analysis, and investment memos
  • Build and maintain sector thesis across aerospace, defence, dual-use, and advanced industrial technologies
  • Evaluate startup business models, unit economics, scalability, and competitive positioning
  • Support transaction structuring, valuation analysis, and coordination with legal, financial, and technical advisors



Sourcing & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Proactively source and evaluate investment opportunities across India and global A&D ecosystems
  • Build deep relationships with founders, co-investors, strategic partners, corporates, and government stakeholders
  • Represent the fund at industry events, demo days, conferences, and ecosystem forums



Portfolio Support & Value Creation

  • Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives including market entry, partnerships, fundraising, and go-to-market strategy
  • Support cross-border expansion and international customer / partner access
  • Track portfolio performance, KPIs, and follow-on opportunities



Research, Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Track sector developments, policy changes, defence procurement trends, and global A&D dynamics
  • Contribute to whitepapers, internal strategy notes, LP materials, and thematic research
  • Support program management and execution of the fund-led initiatives, accelerators, or ecosystem programs

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-6+ years of experience in PE/VC, growth equity, venture capital, or strategic investing, with meaningful exposure to A & D, deep-tech or industrial sectors
  • Strong interest in & prior exposure to Aerospace & Defence, dual-use tech, robotics, advanced manufacturing, space, or defence electronics
  • High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of venture/ PE investing (buy side) fundamentals, including diligence, valuation, and portfolio management
  • Experience working with founders, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently assess startups and investment opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including investor-grade memo and presentation writing
  • Conducted detailed financial modelling, valuation, and analysis of companies, industries, and potential transactions
  • Created discounted cash flow (DCF) models, comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transaction analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Disciplined and process-driven, with the rigor to follow established processes, maintain meticulous documentation, ensure timely follow-ups, and consistently close the loop on all workstreams.
  • Comfort using productivity and automation tools (Notion, Google Workspace, CRM tools)
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other platforms for deal sourcing and ecosystem mapping
