Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate with the finance team to maintain efficient workflows and processes.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and timely submission of financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and operational costs to maintain financial health.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager (AM) should have:

  • ICWA inter with 10-12 years of experience or ICWA qualified with 6 to 8 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards, ideally in the Agro business.
  • Proficiency in MIS tools to streamline reporting processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex financial data.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a professional setting.
