Their AUM includes global investment strategies focused on real estate, private equity, credit, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, secondaries, and hedge fund.

Job Description

  • Act as an extension of the Executive Office team in New York, providing direct support to senior leadership on global client initiatives and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with international teams to drive and coordinate fundraising efforts across multiple regions and investment strategies.
  • Prepare high‑quality relationship briefs, presentations, memorandums, and investor communications for senior executives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market, investor, and product research to inform fundraising strategy and enhance client engagement.
  • Consolidate and analyze fund performance data, capital-raising activity, sales metrics, and other quarterly or ad‑hoc reporting.
  • Provide targeted support to regional teams, including the Middle East, through research, analysis, and project execution as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Analyst - Executive Office should have:

  • An undergraduate degree from a top-tier academic institution.
  • Up to one year of relevant finance experience, ideally in asset management (client service or relationship management), investment banking, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with high integrity and professionalism.
  • A commitment to contributing positively to team culture.
  • A strong work ethic, resilience, and a genuine drive for excellence and results.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
