Job Description

  • Define and lead the end-to-end AI/ML architecture for manufacturing, quality, and asset performance use cases.
  • Design ontology-driven, knowledge graph, and semantic data models that unify OT and IT data across industrial operations.
  • Architect enterprise MLOps, DataOps, digital twin, and AI platform capabilities from experimentation through deployment and monitoring.
  • Lead GenAI and agentic AI solution design, including RAG architectures, knowledge retrieval, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Develop advanced analytics frameworks utilizing statistical modeling, anomaly detection, and predictive algorithms on industrial time-series and batch data.
  • Establish governance, explainability, validation, compliance, and monitoring frameworks aligned with regulated manufacturing standards.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  1. 10+ years of experience in data, AI, analytics, or industrial platform architecture.
  2. Hands-on expertise with industrial data ontology, knowledge graph, semantic data modeling, or digital twin platforms.
  3. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning, statistical modeling, and time-series analytics.
  4. Experience delivering AI solutions for manufacturing, operations, quality, reliability, or process optimization environments.
  5. Knowledge of industrial standards such as ISA-95, OPC UA, RDF/OWL, SHACL, or similar semantic frameworks.
  6. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing business, engineering, and operational teams.
