Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations spanning procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics and customer fulfilment.
  • Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to improve service levels, inventory efficiency and operational alignment.
  • Build scalable supply chain capabilities to support capacity expansion, network optimization and business growth.
  • Drive strategic initiatives across procurement, inventory management, digital transformation and operational excellence.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles within FMCG, food processing, agri-business or allied manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong expertise across planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing and supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations, business expansion projects or greenfield/brownfield environments.
  • Proven track record of leading sizeable cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities with a focus on driving business outcomes.
