  • 15+ years in purchase, majorly with machining, casting, welding components
  • Experience with materials management & supplier management

Job Description

  • Handle procurement of machining components, steel & aluminium castings
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
  • Oversee supply chain activities and manage inventory levels
  • Identify and develop new vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes
  • Monitor market trends to optimise sourcing strategies
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in procurement for engineering and manufacturing, buying signals & import formalities
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Understanding of supply chain processes & inventory control
  • Knowledge of procurement policies and compliance
  • Confidence using procurement tools and IMS
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
