The selected candidate will be generally responsible for supporting and financing initiatives including management of all compliance related issues of existing financingfacilities , managing external CRA s for credit ratings and managing current banking relationships

Job Description

  1. Transaction Support including Financial Modelling ,Business Analysis, Preparation of Business Cases /Presentations / IM for prospective lenders
  2. Initiate negotiations with prospective lenders forpotential financing opportunities
  3. Term Sheet initial negotiations
  4. Interractions with Legal Counsels for drafting ofFinancing Documents
  5. Assistance in extrenal credit rating from RatingAgencies
  6. Preparation of Working Capital Proposals , ie CMAData , assessment & renewal of working capitalfacilities

The Successful Applicant

1.8-12 years of experience in Project Finance or financial structuring, particularly in the energy orinfrastructure sectors

2.Experience in project financing, relationship management, financial modeling, and negotiation

withlenders and financial institutions
