Job Description

  • Define and own the brand's business strategy, creating long-term growth plans, managing the P&L to achieve ambitious growth targets. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, agility and excellence.



  • Act as the ultimate brand guardian, analyze consumer behavior and market trends to ensure the brand remains relevant to the Indian TA, ensuring all marketing initiatives are consistent with global vision while being highly relevant to the local consumer, but also identify need gaps to translate into massive growth opportunities.



  • Navigate a complex ecosystem, building strong relationships and influencing key internal and external stakeholders (including Zone and DMI) to drive the business forward

The Successful Applicant

A successful AGM - Brand Head (Category Head) should have:

  • Must have experience in Hair Care as a category
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Should have done some marquee work in the Brand Management space
