This is a senior architecture leadership role responsible for defining and governing Identity Management capabilities for AI agents, autonomous systems, and enterprise platforms. The position combines Identity & Access Management, security architecture, AI governance, cloud technologies, and executive stakeholder engagement to build secure and scalable AI ecosystems

Job Description

  • Define enterprise architecture for AI and non-human identities across the organisation.
  • Design identity lifecycle processes covering registration, authentication, permissions, credential rotation, and decommissioning of AI agents.
  • Lead migration from legacy identity management platforms toward modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Establish policy-based access controls, least-privilege frameworks, and just-in-time access models.
  • Drive governance around AI agents, prompt security, autonomy controls, and auditability.
  • Partner with Cyber Security, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Act as the design authority for integrations across identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, and Okta.
  • Mentor senior architects and influence executive stakeholders on long-term technology strategy.



The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • Typically 15+ years in Identity & Access Management, Security Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related domains.
  • Strong background in designing and governing enterprise IAM/IDAM programmes.
  • Experience transitioning from traditional IAM to modern IGA and identity governance models.
  • Exposure to AI security, machine identities, NHI, service accounts, or Agentic AI initiatives would be highly desirable.

Technical Expertise

  • Microsoft MIM, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory.
  • SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk.
  • Multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Zero Trust, SIEM, CNAPP, cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Understanding of Agentic AI platforms, AI governance, and secure AI deployment practices.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Preferred Certifications

  • Azure/AWS/GCP Architect certifications.
  • TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certifications.
  • Cyber Security or Zero Trust certifications.
  • AI certifications from Microsoft, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Google, AWS, or similar providers.
