Job Description

  • Lead accounts payable activities and keep invoice processing on track.
  • Guide the AP team on daily payment and invoice queries.
  • Review supplier invoices for accuracy before processing.
  • Track pending invoices and follow up to avoid payment delays.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve invoice-related issues.
  • Maintain clear AP records for shipping and logistics transactions.
  • Help improve accounts payable processes for smoother operations.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in accounts payable and AP processing.
  • Experience leading an AP team or guiding team members.
  • Knowledge of invoice processing and supplier payments.
  • Experience in the Shipping Freight domain.
  • Understanding of logistics-related transactions.
  • Confidence handling payment queries and invoice issues.
