Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and improve business performance.
  • Handle audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Manager should have:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of PQE (Mandatory)
  • Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector, is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
