Relationship building

Our consultants say that one of the highlights of working in recruitment is meeting new people and building long-term relationships. There’s no better feeling than finding the perfect match – learning about your clients’ hiring needs, plus understanding what drives an individual, will enable you to match the right people with the right careers.

“I just placed a 60-year-old unemployed candidate... we change people's lives, one of the reasons why I love this job!”

Business development days

Business development days capture the essence of the fun side of recruitment. Each market runs them slightly differently, but the goal is to work as a team to get as many recruitment processes started as possible. Themes and activities are planned amongst teams, who get together to celebrate at the end of the day.
