I’m an Associate Manager leading the Technology hiring practice at Michael Page, based out of the Mumbai office. I focus on mid‑to‑senior leadership roles across the Engineering, Product, and Design functions, and I also work across sectors such as Consumer Tech, BFSI, and FinTech.
I’m part of the Expert Pathway program here, where I’m involved in building deep, long‑term relationships with leaders in the tech space, understanding their profile and developing a niche, high‑quality talent network. This expertise enables me to handle highly specialised senior leadership roles with precision and close mandates efficiently.
My journey began in February 2023, with first initial months focused on building a strong foundation in client management, candidate engagement and in the technology sector. I learnt the fundamentals of recruitment - from connecting with clients and understanding their needs to identifying the right talent and ensuring a successful closure.
I also learnt how different industries operate and what insights clients value most. This grounding helped me build a solid base, and since then, my journey has been about consistent growth - quarter after quarter, year after year.
There are several things I appreciate, but a few stand out.
Flexibility in how I work: I get the freedom to run my processes end‑to‑end, and approach mandates in a way that suits my working style. Page also gives me flexibility to balance work and life, whether that’s through hybrid work or allowing me to structure my day to stay mentally and physically fit.
Supportive and collaborative culture: Since we work in a cross-team setup, consultants across sectors actively help one another- whether it’s sharing insights, connecting you to key clients, or offering support.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling. I make sure to visit at least 3 countries every year. In 2025, I visited 8! I also enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling and absolutely love the ocean. I’m a certified diver as well. Additionally, I’m committed to fitness and work out at least four times a week. This year, I’m working towards running 500 km and plan to participate in a couple of marathons as well.
