We are looking to hire a Demand Planning Manager for a Auto Parts Organisation who is a world leader in distribution and supply chain
This role leads a large-format fulfilment unit in Bengaluru, driving operational excellence across store and e-commerce order fulfilment. It involves end-to-end ownership of inbound, replenishment, picking, packing, and handover operations, while building strong floor leadership, setting structured processes, and ensuring cost, safety, and performance control in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role leads end‑to‑end Opex procurement, managing a ~1000 crore operational budget across multiple categories for a large consumer-facing enterprise. The position partners closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive procurement excellence, cost optimization, vendor performance, and service quality across all operations.
The role will lead end-to-end sourcing, procurement, supply chain operations, and logistics with the objective of ensuring uninterrupted supply, optimising cost, improving quality, and driving efficiencies across 200+ restaurants in India and international markets. The role ensures strategic vendor development, robust systems, and strong governance while supporting rapid expansion and menu innovation.
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the entire SCM operations excluding procurement. This includes managing warehouse teams, inventory planning and forecasting, logistics planning, B2B sales, and stock planning.
You will lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for a luxury beauty business in India, managing imports, compliance, warehousing and distribution. The role requires strong expertise in beauty product regulations, customs processes and 3PL management. You will drive operational excellence, cost optimisation and best‑in‑class service levels across the supply chain.
