The Head of Quality Assurance will be responsible for leading the quality function and implementing the overall quality assurance strategy, aligning with organisational goals and compliance standards.

• Build a Total Quality Management culture by driving/developing the capabilities of the Associates on Quality aspects on the job and to evaluate process/equipment capabilities through the Validations and Process Monitoring
• Ensure manufacturing processes/process quality activities are followed in compliance
• Establish and maintain an effective, governed and documented system for all company processes

Ensure the quality for Software Product for VCU, BMS, TCU and processes meet company standards
and customer expectations.

Software & HIL Test Engineer is responsible for the design and development of
validation documentation, software, SIL models, HIL models, test scripts and components. Working
from broad specifications, the engineer not only performs, but is responsible for guiding engineering
activities

GUI Software testing

• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary, international and agile testing team, responsible for automated as well as manual testing of Festo application software considering international and internal Festo testing standards.
• Design, development and maintenance of test setups and tests at application level in connection with GUI and REST API tests.
• Use of state-of-the-art technologies and concepts for platform testing.
• Analyzing the collected test results and creating test protocols in close cooperation with test analysis and test management.

Your qualification:

• Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualifications.
• Proven expertise and at least 5+ years of practical experience in test development.
• Very good knowledge of programming in Microsoft .NET/C# and/or Python.
• Practical experience with test frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Ranorex) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of test automation.
• Experience and routine in agile methods of software development (e.g. SCRUM) desirable
• Analytical skills, structured and abstract thinking as well as creativity combined with a very good ability to work in a team
• Good written and spoken English skills (at least B1, preferably B2)

As an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimzing the radio frequency (RF) performance of our products, with a focus on wireless technologies commonly used in Apple devices (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5G, NFC, etc.). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality and performance of RF components in mobile devices, wearables, and other consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. RF Design & Optimization: Design and optimize RF circuits, systems, and components for next-generation products, ensuring high performance across Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, 5G, NFC, GPS, and other wireless standards commonly used in Apple products.

2. Wireless Performance Testing: Conduct comprehensive RF testing and validation, including range, throughput, interference, and signal integrity, to ensure optimal wireless performance in diverse real-world environments.

3. Integration with Apple Ecosystem: Apply knowledge of Apple-specific RF engineering practices and technologies to integrate wireless solutions within Apple's ecosystem (iOS, macOS, watchOS, etc.) and across Apple product lines (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, etc.).

4. Interference Management: Troubleshoot and resolve interference, signal degradation, and performance issues, ensuring that wireless solutions meet stringent Apple standards for reliability and efficiency.

5. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with hardware engineers, software teams, product managers, and quality assurance to ensure seamless RF integration into new devices.

6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of RF performance, design specifications, test results, and analysis. Provide technical documentation and reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

7. Compliance & Certification: Ensure all RF designs comply with regulatory standards and certifications (e.g., FCC, CE) and support certification processes for wireless technologies.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience:

1. 3+ years of hands-on RF engineering experience, with a focus on wireless technologies used in Apple products (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G, NFC).

2. Proven track record of designing, testing, and optimizing RF systems in mobile or consumer electronics, preferably in the context of Apple's wireless ecosystems.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of RF circuit design, antenna design, and system-level RF integration.

2. Expertise in RF measurement tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes).

3. Familiarity with wireless standards and protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5G, NFC, etc.).

4. Experience with RF simulation and modeling tools (e.g., Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS).

5. Experience in performance optimization for power efficiency, data throughput, and signal integrity.

Apple-specific Expertise (Preferred Qualifications):

1. In-depth understanding of Apple's product line, including iPhone, iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch, and their wireless components.

2. Familiarity with Apple's design philosophies, testing procedures, and certification processes for wireless technologies.
