Looking to hire Brand Managers with New Product Development (NPD) experience in FMCG with 3-7 years of experience for International market leaders in alternative protein.
The purpose of this position is to head up the entire brand operations from sales, marketing, brand management, new product development and managing all the customer touchpoints with a focus on the entire 4P gamut of marketing. The incumbent will be solely responsible for the entire strategy of the brand in the offline and online space and have the top & bottomline accountability lying with them.
The objective of the job is to lead all brand communications for the luxury brand on all the channel platforms such as ATL (TVCs, radio, print etc), BTL (Roadshows, client outreach etc) and Digital (social media, affiliates, etc) and to work with agencies to create briefs about the brand.
Responsible to lead the business, the strategy, business planning, marketing, and sales of this portfolio. Working closely with the leadership team, you will be accountable for formulating all strategic goals in relation to oncology public channel portfolio and provide a strong platform for continued growth of the area. Emphasis will be placed on the growth of business revenue, profits, quality of sales and marketing in India and developing talent for leadership positions.
