Head HR for a very large, complex, consumer business
The Head of HR will lead the entire HR function end-to-end, covering Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Payroll, Learning, and Culture. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires strong transformation experience, high stakeholder influence, and comfort operating in evolving, ambiguous environments.
As the Director - HBBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy aligned with business goals.
This role leads the end-to-end HR operations function with a strong emphasis on scaling systems, processes, and payroll infrastructure for a growing workforce. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient operations while building robust frameworks to support future expansion.
The Head HR will oversee all human resources functions within both Plant HR and Corp HR. The responsibilities are strategic in nature, including Org Structuring, Workforce Optimization, Culture etc.
