The Head of Collections for Secured Business is responsible for leading and managing the collections function for secured loan portfolios (such as home loans, auto loans, etc.). This role ensures effective recovery strategies, minimizes delinquency, and maintains regulatory compliance. It involves overseeing collections teams, setting performance targets, managing vendor relationships, and using data analytics to optimize recovery efforts.

The job involves working as the therapy area lead in the neuroscience therapy area. It will involve working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to chart the growth plan of the particular therapy area.

The role involves leading credit underwriting for mid-to-large corporate anchors in the Supply Chain Finance vertical, including structuring parameterized products, assessing new and renewal programs, and monitoring portfolio health through defined risk triggers. It also requires end-to-end program implementation, stakeholder coordination, and training the sales team on product execution, documentation, and disbursal.

This is an exciting entry-level Paralegal role and an opportunity to provide support to different practice groups with a variety of legal administrative tasks and junior paralegal tasks.

This role is part of a team of Legal Administrators who provide centralised support from within a Legal Admin Unit (which is split between London and Delhi).

Most work requests come from our Immigration, Tax & Wealth Planning, Real Estate and Corporate practice groups, as well as other teams with a high legal administrative burden.

Tasks would typically be assigned via a ticketing and task management system. It is imperative that the Legal Administrator engages with the ticketing and task management system throughout the duration of the task in a professional and timely manner, including accepting the instruction as well as communicating estimated turnaround times and delays back to the requestor.
