Oversee the HR business partnering fucntions for 6 states in west zone with a life insurance player.
The incumbent shall be responsible for the end to end business HR delivery for the zone assigned to him/her. Shall be responsible for driving and managing all local level HR initiatives/employee engagement agenda and activities. Further responsible for recruitments/selection and on boarding for the respective channels.
Provides strategic direction and oversight for the operation and support of IT systems that fulfill the needs of the enterprise, including the full life cycle of infrastructure operations and IT service support.
Looking for an HR leader with 12 to 15 years of experience in Human resources for a leading organisation in the life sciences industry. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive HR strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while driving talent management and organisational development initiatives.
As the HR Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategy to support organisation's growth trajectory. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to create a positive and engaging work environment while developing and implementing initiatives that enhance the company culture, employee engagement, and recruitment strategy.
The candidate will be responsible for leading the Learning and Development team to ensure it is high-performing and value adding through effective recruitment, induction, training, development, performance management and leadership of all members of the team.
