Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing a local team with direct line management duties.

The Director, Technology Lead, will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technology services provided by the company. This role is crucial in ensuring that the team in India receives the necessary support to operate efficiently and securely. The services under this role's purview include end-user support, application support, laptop support, and IT security for the India technology environments.
You will lead all engineering efforts, responsible for setting the technology vision and roadmap for a product that is already well-adopted by some of the world's largest companies. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise to drive the core product offering and explore new AI/ML-driven products.
