Technical UnderwritingPerform underwriting assessments across Life and Non-Life Reinsurance lines, in accordance with the company's standardsAnalyze submissions, historical loss experience, pricing models, and exposure dataPrepare underwriting recommendations for senior management review and approvalAssist in portfolio monitoring and performance analysisB. Market & Client EngagementSupport development of relationships with cedents, brokers, and other key market stakeholdersParticipate in client meetings, renewal discussions, and broker engagements alongside senior underwriters and internal referral contactsProvide timely, professional responses to client and market queriesC. Risk Assessment & Exposure ManagementAssist in evaluating risk exposures using internal models, zonal accumulation tools, and catastrophe modelling inputs (where applicable)Support implementation of risk controls, underwriting limits, and internal governance requirementsMonitor emerging risks and support strategic responsesD. Compliance & Regulatory SupportEnsure all underwriting activities comply with IFSCA regulations applicable to reinsurance entities in GIFT CitySupport the Principal Officer in preparation of regulatory filings and underwriting-related recordsAdhere strictly to the company's internal controls, documentation standards, and audit requirementsE.
