Our client is a leading player in the financial services and insurance sector, undergoing a significant transformation journey focused on operational excellence, governance, and digital enablement.

Job Description

  • Lead governance frameworks, PMO processes, change control, and performance tracking across transformation programs.
  • Develop and present executive-level dashboards, reports, and insights to senior governance forums and leadership teams.
  • Oversee program financials including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, burn-rate monitoring, and benefits realization.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, RAID logs, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI-enabled reporting tools to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Program Governance, PMO, Portfolio Management, or Transformation Office roles.
  • Strong expertise in governance frameworks, change management, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated financial management experience covering budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and program benefits measurement.
  • Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and AI-assisted reporting solutions.
  • Experience within insurance, BFSI, or other highly regulated industries managing large transformation initiatives.
