This role owns end-to-end P&L for Captive Digital & Distribution Business, with a mandate to conceptualise, build, launch, scale, and profitably operate digital-first insurance products across captive ecosystems.The incumbent will create a product factory for captive channels, convert distribution into repeatable digital revenue engines, and institutionalise distribution excellence at scale.

The Successful Applicant

- 10-12 years of experience into digital business

- Strong understanding of unit economics discipline: CAC, LTV, acquisition cost, servicing cost, loss ratios, expense ratios

- Digital partnership experience (Hunting or Farming)

- Experience across embedded products, building digital ecosystem, new product strategy
