Job Description

Administrative and Financial Management

  • Implement and monitor company strategies related to treasury, credits, taxation, and other financial areas, ensuring compliance with economic and administrative policies
  • Ensure availability of financial resources for the correct development and operation of the business



Accounting and Reporting

  • Perform accounting tasks (general, technical, and/or consolidation), treasury operations, and budget-related activities
  • Execute processes for accounting close, consolidation of financial statements, and preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations
  • Provide reliable financial information that reflects the company's economic and financial position



Management Control

  • Identify monitoring and control needs and provide economic and planning information to support decision-making
  • Prepare and deliver management control reports aligned with company policies
  • Audit and Compliance
  • Carry out audit-related activities, cash management, and administrative reporting
  • Ensure compliance with the organisation's legal obligations and internal standards

The Successful Applicant

Required Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in the insurance sector
  • Reinsurance knowledge
  • Ability to manage treasury and budgeting processes
  • Analytical skills for financial reporting and decision support
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools
  • Spanish language skills will be considered an asset for the role, as they may facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and external partners



Education and Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in accounting, financial management, or administration
  • Knowledge of local and international accounting standards
