Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycle from planning to delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify and address risks or issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project updates.
  • Ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.
  • Document project processes and outcomes.
  • Support the team in achieving goals.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience (10 -15 years) managing end-to-end programs in the insurance/BFSI space.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks effectively.
  • Confidence in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of general insurance industry processes is a plus.
