Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI, Companies Act, ROC, and insurance regulations.
  • End‑to‑end management of board and committee processes.
  • Support statutory, secretarial, internal, and regulatory audits.
  • Act as governance partner to senior management and the Board.
  • Manage regulatory submissions and timelines with high attention to detail.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Company Secretary should have:

  • A professional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS).
  • 14-17 years of PQE in secretarial / governance roles (insurance preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of IRDAI, Companies Act, ROC requirements.
  • Independent, proactive, strong communicator.
