The Business Readiness role ensures the organization and its people are prepared to adopt new ways of working delivered through the transformation program. The role drives stakeholder, change impact, and training needs analysis, translates this into targeted change, communication, and training plans, and measures adoption and proficiency across each release to ensure business leads can manage risk and readiness proactively.

Job Description

  • Set the direction for and oversee analysis (stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis, training needs analysis) to ensure delivery is strategically coordinated and planned.
  • Develop the People Experience Plan based on the completed analysis.
  • Help the Business Leads to proactively manage their business and mitigate risks associated with the release
  • Support the development of a set of actionable and targeted plans e.g. change plan, communication plan, training plan.
  • Lead and support the creation of measurement mechanisms to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual releases.
  • Ensure that readiness assessments are conducted to prepare employees for the adoption/ transition to new ways of working.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field / Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent professional experience in change management will also be considered.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, business readiness, or organizational transformation, ideally within large-scale program environments
  • Proven experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and training needs analysis
  • Experience designing and executing change, communication, and training plans for enterprise-wide releases
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business leads and senior stakeholders



Preferred Qualifications

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP)
  • Experience in insurance, BFSI, or another regulated industry
  • Experience working across multi-release/multi-workstream transformation programs
  • Familiarity with adoption/utilization measurement tools and dashboards
