Job Description

  • Define and evolve brand positioning to strengthen market leadership and differentiation
  • Establish and maintain brand identity across visual language, communications, and in-outlet experience
  • Lead brand strategy for new outlet launches, including concept development and go-to-market campaigns
  • Drive integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, and offline channels
  • Develop and execute content strategies across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and partnerships
  • Conceptualize campaigns aligned with key cultural moments, menu innovations, and brand milestones
  • Manage performance marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and engagement
  • Build and manage influencer, creator, and industry partnerships to amplify brand reach
  • Ensure consistency in guest experience across all touchpoints including service, ambience, and design
  • Partner with operations to maintain brand standards across multiple locations
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to craft compelling product storytelling and menu narratives
  • Lead brand-driven events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Develop PR strategies to enhance visibility across lifestyle and culture platforms
  • Monitor brand performance metrics including footfall, customer sentiment, and campaign ROI
  • Manage budgets, external agencies, and vendor relationships effectively

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-7 years of experience in brand management, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record in developing and executing impactful brand campaigns
  • Strong understanding of experiential marketing and consumer engagement
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multi-location operations and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance metrics
  • Prior exposure to premium or luxury consumer segments is preferred
