We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of National Director - Coworking Sales. The ideal candidate will possess extensive post-MBA sales experience, particularly within the coworking, IPC, leasing, or B2B sales sectors. This individual will be responsible for leading national sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the effective management of sales teams and territories.
The role will involve work driving a transformation agenda, including planning and implementing high priority sales initiatives, building use cases and constructing narratives, and tracking and managing impact.
The role will be responsible in scaling up the BESS vertical across 4 key channels of growth. The role will be reporting to the MD of the company and will be heading a team.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the company's B2C operations. This includes overseeing marketing, sales, customer experience, and product development initiatives to drive revenue and profitability in the B2C segment.
