This is a customer-facing, player/coach role that will be responsible for the P&L, sales, account management, talent acquisition and development, and regional industry relations. This role will be expected to create and execute strategies that drive continuous growth in both volume and profitability and will play a key role in the evolution of enterprise vision, strategy, process and ensuring the achievement of company goals
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the company's B2C operations. This includes overseeing marketing, sales, customer experience, and product development initiatives to drive revenue and profitability in the B2C segment.
