We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager, who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand strategy, driving awareness, and ensuring a strong market presence.This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative flair, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for fintech.
The head of brand marketing will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and establish their payments solutions as a market leader.
The purpose of this position is to head up the entire brand operations from sales, marketing, brand management, new product development and managing all the customer touchpoints with a focus on the entire 4P gamut of marketing. The incumbent will be solely responsible for the entire strategy of the brand in the offline and online space and have the top & bottomline accountability lying with them.
The objective of the job is to lead all brand communications for the luxury brand on all the channel platforms such as ATL (TVCs, radio, print etc), BTL (Roadshows, client outreach etc) and Digital (social media, affiliates, etc) and to work with agencies to create briefs about the brand.

As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives to drive our products to grow. You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the brand's success. This role requires a strategic mindset, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics
The major responsibility will be to grow the brand in the Modern Trade Space. Handling key accounts i.e. national retail chains in terms of product placement, negotiations, vendor management, space & visual merchandising and most importantly bringing on incremental sales in line with the company's objectives.
The job will involve managing the business development for the North India region for a client in the renewable energy space. It will involve working with the senior leadership on strategy decisions for the organisation.
