Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic transformation of the talent acquisition vertical, focusing on process flow, talent mapping, technological revamping for hiring tech and non-tech talent.
The role will be responsible end-to-end business partnering for the operations vertical.
The candidate will be responsible for leading the Learning and Development team to ensure it is high-performing and value adding through effective recruitment, induction, training, development, performance management and leadership of all members of the team.
The HR Business Partner will play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward across various functions - strategic, operational, and tactical, influence effectively across all levels of a company, and navigate through ambiguity, recognizing when it is appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing current production.
This role entails ensuring driving the annual capex plan process, variance analysis, managing P&L, and providing insightful business analytics. It also involves enhancing ERP effectiveness for better governance, owning monthly forecasts and fiscal year estimates, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will lead the financial and statutory accounting for Indian entities, managing a team responsible for accurate and timely daily accounting, monthly/quarterly/annual closings, and adherence to company's high standards. This role goes beyond core accounting, as it also involves preparing financial statements, managing internal controls, supporting audits, and championing process automation and improvement initiatives.
The job includes providing valuable insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. It also involves forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure the company's financial health and growth.
The role involves providing advisory and availing special economic zones (SEZ) tax benefits, audits, Dealing with loan and SEZ applications, Reporting and Accounting in SAP and Financial reporting. Additionally, it encompasses ensuring compliance with direct and indirect taxation laws, implementing process improvements, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
