Our client, a leading Oil & Gas Company is looking to hire a Lead - Compensation & Benefits. This person will be looking into end to end Comp & Ben function and will be reporting into Head Comp & Ben. The person should have exposure to job evaluation, compensation bench-marking, designing differentiated compensation structures etc.
The incumbent will spearhead the transformational journey of the organization for the HR function, managing projects and interventions in end to end employee lifecycle. He/she will also be instrumental in institutionalizing the cultural change within the organization.

Should be able handle end to end payroll for multiple entities, reimbursements and benefits management, post payroll compliances and other activities such as on-boarding, annual increment cycles, exit management, audits, vendor management, manage Off roll/contract staff life cycle and MIS.
Serve as the pivotal link between Human Resources and Sales/Store functions across India, overseeing the implementation and design of crucial HR initiatives/processes within the domain. This role reports directly to the Head of HR.
