- A strong candidate with an entrepreneurial mind-set who can build & grow the business through the dealer distributor network.
- Has high level of confidence and spark to develop relationships with Trade channel and key internal stake-holders
- Has excellent communication skills, ability to navigate and channelise the team and meet the set targets
- Should be an effective team player and proven leadership effectiveness.
- Built a strong team who is full of energy, are enthusiastic and determined to meet the set objectives.
- Grow the Trade channel and increase top and bottom line across products.
The Successful Applicant
- North 1 will be Del NCR, UP East & West Rajasthan etc.
- Preferred Post graduate or MBA from a premier B-School
- Experience 10 - 15 years in Channel Sales in Paints, Tiles Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Plywood, Glassware
- Age- Upto 45 years of age.
- Ideal current designation Should be RM/Senior RM/AGM/DGM in Building material companies
