Job Description

· Define and implement strategies for software development, ADAS, and electrical systems.

· Lead the adoption of Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) and optimize system performance.

· Lead and mentor a team of engineers to meet organizational objectives.

· Implement strategies to optimize industrial systems and software solutions.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems and software engineering efforts with business needs.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in systems and software engineering.

· Guide the development and implementation of new technology initiatives.

· Oversee project management to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

· Continuously monitor and evaluate systems and software performance for improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'VP - Systems & Software Engineering' should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Over 25 years of experience in system and software development, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
  • Experience with SDV, Android, or Linux development is an added advantage.
