Technical LeadershipProvide strong leadership, guidance, and oversight to the structural engineering team.Ensure that designs meet project objectives, adhere to industry standards (e.g., IS codes, international codes), and comply with regulatory requirements.Lead development of concept and detailed designs, analysis, documentation, and structural testing.2.Project & Resource ManagementManage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.Prepare proposals and estimates, and perform QA/QC reviews across projects.3. Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate across disciplines-engineering, architecture, MEP, manufacturing, testing-to ensure seamless integration of structural design within larger project frameworks.Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients; act as a key point of contact for design-related matters4.Mentorship & Team DevelopmentTrain, mentor, and guide junior engineers and designers, while maintaining design quality and fostering growth.Define staffing plans and resource allocation based on workload forecasts.5.Standards & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with QA/QC protocols and lead process improvements and standard development.Stay updated with industry trends, codes, best practices, and recommend design or workflow enhancements.6.
