Job Description

Reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer, in the role of an individual contributor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential mergers and acquisition opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired businesses.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and valuations for potential transactions.
  • Present strategic recommendations and M&A proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends in the technology and B2B.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during transactions.



The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Strategy & M&A should have:

  • 10-15 years of experience is required
  • Candidates with strong academic background in MBA Finance/CA will be considered
  • Proven expertise in Corporate Development, with a focus on strategic planning and M&A
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge of technology, consumer or investment banking/PE sector will be required
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
