Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Quality Control team for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
  • Ensure all CDD operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and improve CDD processes.
  • Utilise technology to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of CDD operations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics and compliance performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in quality control.
  • Act as a key point of contact for audits and regulatory inspections.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Quality Control CDD should have:
