Understand consumer pain points/needs and business imperatives to define product roadmap and strategy● Write detailed product use cases, define customer journeys and evaluate business applicability of each feature● Work with cross-functional teams such as User Research, UX Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations ● Take part in sprint planning, daily standups, manage expectations and track roadmap● Own what you are build - Running edge cases, testing products proactively and measuring success metrics regularly● Be on top of payment industry trends and competition● We would expect you to bring design thinking with a product lens.● Own the User Interface of consumer facing products; work closely with Design and Product to deliver high impact products.● You will be expected to communicate openly, make decisions by creating consensus, and drive a collective obsession about your feature or product.● Growth: Finding new ways to acquire users from inside and outside the Paytm ecosystem.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in engineering or related field from reputed colleges.Should have 15 to 20+ years of product management experience of which minimum 12 years of Product Management experience in Consumer Internet/Tech/e-Commerce space.
