The role includes oversight of fund accounting, investor reporting, middle- and back-office activities, compliance coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes in line with regulatory and investor requirements.

Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end operational processes for credit fund investments, including capital calls, cash management, etc.
  • Ensure timely NAV calculations and reconciliations and liaise with fund administrators, custodians and trustees.
  • Validate and review fund accounting entries, valuations, and performance reports.
  • Monitor loan settlements, drawdowns, repayments and interest flows.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, investor reports and portfolio updates.
  • Manage investor onboarding, KYC/AML checks and capital account statements.
  • Ensure adherence to SEBI, AIF and global regulatory frameworks applicable to private credit.
  • Maintain records of fund documentation and investor agreements.
  • Drive automation and efficiency to ensure smooth fund operations workflow.



The Successful Applicant

Must have:

  • Graduate in finance with preference to CA/CFA/MBA
  • 8-12 years of relevant work experience in private credit fund operations or fund accounting.
  • A strong understanding of private credit structures, debt instruments, and fund lifecycle.
  • Proven expertise in credit fund operations and management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
