Ensures that all Company related administrative forms, reports, processes, and audits are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with relevant local, state, federal and provincial regulations for Benefits, HR Recordkeeping and audits and compliance  Partner with functional HR teams to drive HR operational excellence, adopt data driven decision making and implement best practices  Deep dive into the internal HR audit findings and advise the team on strengthening the policies and SOPs to make them airtight with no chances of slippage

10+ years of experience

Expertise in Labour Laws and Compliance, payroll and HR digitization
